Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and bilingual (Arabic & English) Host/Hostess to join our stylish lounge in **Al Ain**. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.

– Good Looking .

– Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently.

– Answer phone calls and assist guests in Arabic and English.

– Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.

– Coordinate with servers and management for smooth service flow.

– Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism.

– Uphold the lounge’s ambiance with a polished appearance and courteous attitude.
• *Requirements:

– Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).

– Prior experience as a host/hostess or in customer service (preferred).

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Well-groomed and professional demeanor.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Basic computer skills (POS/reservation systems are a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
