Roles & ResponsibilitiesØ Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.Ø Conduct Site survey as per requirementØ Read and interpret engineering drawingsØ Schedule and track programming of works within time and budgetØ Implement and monitor health, safety, environmental, and quality requirementsØ Contract administration; variations, completing progress claims and subcontractor managementØ Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.Ø Ability to organize and supervise multi-national and multi-skilled workforce on site.Ø Ability to work and liaise with Architects, Consultants, and Main & Subcontractors.Ø Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.Ø Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. ü Civil Engineering graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of site installation experience in façade cladding, aluminum cladding, GRC & GRP.ü Preferred GCC experience.ü Fluency in written and spoken English.ü Should have a valid UAE driving license.ü Preference to candidates who can join immediately
