As a Regional Operations Executive for Hotels, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties within a designated region. Your main duties will include ensuring quality standards are met, optimizing revenue and profitability, implementing operational strategies, and analyzing performance data to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with hotel managers, staff, and corporate teams to develop and implement action plans that align with company goals and standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel operations management, exceptional leadership skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires frequent travel within the region and reports directly to the Head of Operations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hotels within the designated region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize hotel performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure consistency in brand standards, service quality, and guest satisfaction across all properties.
• Manage operational budgets, P&L statements, and financial performance of the region.
• Provide leadership and support to hotel managers and staff to drive operational excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive room bookings, revenue growth, and occupancy rates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with the corporate office on various initiatives, projects, and reporting requirements.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and customer service excellence among all team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in hotel operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a regional or district role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
