Job Description:

We are seeking Sales Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their goals and needs.
• Provide detailed information about our services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Develop customized solutions and present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Fresher/Proven Sales Experience
• Blue Collar hiring experience (if any)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills
• Urdu, Hindi speakers
