Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our team and support our end-to-end talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to source and attract top talent for a variety of roles. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Use job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in Oil and Gas/IT (Preferred)
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices (if recruiting locally in the UAE or GCC).
