Job Duties:
Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
Greet visitors, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate destination.
Assist with arranging travel, conference room bookings, and maintaining the general filing system.
Manage couriers, invoices, and petty cash transactions.
Provide general administrative support and assist the full-time receptionist with daily tasks.
Requirements:
Impeccable phone manner and professional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred).
Ability to work part-time and be flexible, including accommodating school pick-up schedules.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with general office systems and office software applications.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous receptionist or administrative experience in a corporate setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Average Salary:
AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month (part-time).
AED 4,000 – AED 5,500 per month (based on experience).
AED 4,500 – AED 5,500 per month.
