We are looking for a customer service-oriented candidates with a can-do attitude to support our client. The ideal applicant will have strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to both work on tight deadlines and roll with the punches during times when we are less busy are an asset. The successful applicant will work as part of a 25 person team.

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all clients. You will handle the flow of people through the business and assist customers with meeting details and boardroom bookings.

Location: Toronto, ON

Advantages
– Monday to Friday
– 8:00am to 4:30pm
– 11 month assignment with possibility of extension
– Payrate: $25.36/h

Responsibilities
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Schedule meetings and events, working with customers in planning client meetings and retrieval of correct details
• Perform other duties on a large team of service associates as required: servery, administration duties, meeting room setup/take down
• Liaison with clients advising on available services and support
• Building positive client relationships and exceeding expectations

• Complete and maintain all logs and reports
• Order and replenish consumables, forms inventory and other supplies items as required
• Order office supplies via Oracle I Procurement system
• Managing Reception area and meeting rooms set up, AV support
• Monitoring printers, placing service calls and troubleshooting issues

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional appearance
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
