Position: Receiving Officer / Storekeeper
We are seeking an organized and efficient Receiving Officer / Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible for managing the receipt storage and distribution of goods in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and maintain a professional approach to inventory management.

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

Process and record all incoming and outgoing inventory using inventory management systems

Organize and maintain the warehouse storage area for optimal space utilization

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods

Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations

Prepare and maintain relevant documentation for all warehouse operations

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts when necessary

Assist in training new warehouse staff on proper receiving and storage procedures

Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations

Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word)

Experience with barcode scanners and RFID technology

Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehousing

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Forklift operation certification (preferred)
Warehouse Management certification (preferred)
Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if required
