Requirements:

Native Spanish speaker (essential)

Experience in Dubai Real Estate (off-plan or secondary market)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

Knowledge of the Dubai property market

Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Actively list, market, and sell/rent properties across Dubai

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve monthly sales/rental targets

Guide clients through every step of the transaction process

Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors

Compensation:

Commission-based

50% commission on agency leads

60% commission on your personal leads
