Real Estate Masters is looking for ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide you with daily fresh leads, access to high-traffic hotel stands, and full support to help you succeed in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily fresh leads from marketing and hotel stands
• Advise clients on property selection, investment options, and market trends
• Conduct property viewings and maintain strong follow-up with leads
• Maintain and update CRM (Zoho) with client interactions and lead progress
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
• Close deals and ensure complete documentation and handover
• Stay informed on market conditions, developer launches, and pricing
• Represent the company at hotel stands, open houses, and real estate events

Requirements:
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Passion for real estate and client service
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Real estate experience is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
