Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine quality inspections of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor warehouse processes to ensure adherence to JD Logistics’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify, record, and report quality issues, packaging defects, mislabeling, or product damages.
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Maintain inspection logs, reports, and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to reduce error rates and improve order accuracy.
• Perform random spot checks and escalate any recurring process deviations.
• Assist in staff tratail with strong observational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with WMS systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in a shift-based or flexible schedule if required.
Candidate Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in quality control or warehouse operations, ideally within logistics, e-commerce sectors.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse.
• Good communication skills in English; other languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) are a plus.
• Must be willing to work on-site in JAFZA and follow shift schedules if required.
• Knowledge of JAFZA safety and compliance regulations is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,800.00 per month
