Quality Assurance Controller, Dnata Airport

Job Purpose: About the role As a Quality Assurance Controller, you will provide support and guidance in the implementation and monitoring of the Integrated Management Systems (QMS) across Airport and Cargo operations in compliance with applicable company standards (QMS) and international standards to ensure continual improvement. What you will do Audit Management – Conduct comprehensive quality audits within UAE Airport and Cargo Operations to ensure Quality, Environment, Health and Safety policy, systems, and procedures are implemented effectively and efficiently. – Create detailed quality reports, summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for management review. – Coordinate with customer airlines and other regulatory bodies in planning and executing second party audits. Work with line and support departments to ensure timely corrective action is taken on audit findings. Compliance Management System – Support the line departments in reviewing and implementing new / revised ISO, ISAGO and other standard requirements. – Oversee the management of change activities and facilitate line departments in assessing operational risks related to the assigned business units. – Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to drive consistent and efficient processes across all divisions within the organization. Business Excellence and Continual Improvement – Formulate a framework for achieving business excellence and devise a structured strategy for systematically rolling out these methods in collaboration with various departments within the organization. – Work closely with the corporate team to review and implement global standards across UAE Business. Support corporate team for outstation audits. – Lead or participate in quality-related projects or benchmarking exercises aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
