QC Inspector – Welding – MG25/1897J25007 (5 – 7 yrs.)Job Function :AnyLocation :DubaiIndustry :Recruitment CompanyQualification :DiplomaExperience :5 – 7 yrs.Job Description :1.Inspect the implementation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).2.Supervise base material preparation, electrode storage, and welding operations before welding.3.Conduct visual inspections of weld seams to ensure they are free of cracks, porosity, and other defects.4.Collaborate with NDT inspections and review weld quality reports.5.Track the rectification of welding issues and verify the quality of repaired welds.6.Responsible for completing on-site welding records.7.Manage and inspect measuring instruments.8.Verify the labeling of tools and equipment to ensure they are intact and within their validity period.9.Preserve and manage on-site quality documents.10.Maintain and manage calibration certificates for all tools and equipment.11.Spray-paint pipe templates (welding, inspection) on-site and fill in relevant information.12.Prepare welding quality inspection records and daily reports.
