QC IN process Inspector: Vacancy – 1Check, Inspect and verify in-process parameters with manufacturing instructions.Recording data in SAP-ERP.Knowledge about NCR opening and closing.Knowledge about cable constructions and cable material used in UAE region.Familiarity with cable failure analysis.Technical Engineer: Vacancy – 1Knowledge of Cable Constructions used in UAE region.Knowledge about IEC, BS, Australian, AEIC Cable StandardsProcessing Technical inquiries. Preparing BOMs, ensure offered products meet Customer requirement and project specifications.Designing cables with Manual Calculations & Preparation of Weight analysis for costing purpose.Preparing technical data sheets, list of deviations and cable drawings.Calculations for Voltage dropKnowledge about SAP ERP, ADVARIS and CYMCAP.Designing cables with Manual Calculations & Preparation of Weight analysis for costing purpose.QC Engineer – Laboratory: Vacancy – 1Knowledge about non-electrical laboratory testing and test equipment for cables as per IEC and BS Standards for Low and Medium Voltage Cables.Raw material testing of Copper, Aluminum, XLPE, PVC, PE, LSZH Material.Calibration of cable test equipment and maintaining calibration records for test equipment.Smoke tests, Fire Tests, Halogen Acid tests and complete non-electrical type testing of LV and MV Cables.Knowledge about SAP, NCR and Cable Analysis.Perform customer inspections and arranging MOM and test reports for inspection.
