Project Governance & Assurance Manager

What You ll Do:

Shape the Future: Design and implement project governance structures, policies, and processes.
Drive Compliance: Monitor adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), standards, and regulatory requirements.
Be the Go-To Expert: Act as the central point of contact for all project governance matters, offering guidance and support.
Deliver Insights: Create reports and dashboards to track project performance, risks, and compliance metrics.
Empower Teams: Lead workshops, develop training materials, and ensure governance practices are well understood.
Improve Continuously: Identify and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of governance processes.

What We re Looking For:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master s preferred)
7+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in governance or PMO leadership
Strong knowledge of project methodologies and governance principles
Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
