Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.Familiarity with contracts, variations, and claims management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
