We’re looking for a professional barista who’s not only great with coffee but also genuinely enjoys being around children and families. This is a key front-of-house role in our unique café space that combines quality coffee with a playful, community-friendly atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Preparing excellent coffee and serving customers with a smile
• Exceptionally tidy and well-organised, with strong attention to detail
• Overseeing the café floor and play area to ensure smooth daily operations
• Starting and ending structured play sessions on time
• Keeping the play space safe, tidy, and under control
• Engaging diplomatically with parents and children to ensure rules are respected
• Creating a welcoming, respectful environment for all our guests

What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced barista (manual espresso machine essential)
• Warm, friendly, and confident communicator
• Comfortable around children and able to handle occasional chaos with calm and kindness
• Diplomatic and assertive – able to set boundaries and maintain a peaceful environment
• Reliable, organised, and a team player
