Visa & Immigration Management• Manage end-to-end visa processing including new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments• Process family visa applications and coordination for employee dependents• Coordinate medical examinations and clearances for employees• Coordinate visa quota collection and allocation across business units• Handle work permit applications, renewals, and compliance requirements• Oversee Emirates ID processing and renewalsCompliance• Coordinate TAWJEEH processes with Group Central PRO teams• Handle Occupational Health Certificate (OHC) requirements and renewals• Ensure ILOE compliance requirements are met and maintained• Manage and monitor status of sponsor codes and establishment cards• Manage GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority) related processes and compliance• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulationsStakeholder Management• Collaborate with Group Central PRO teams for seamless service delivery• Provide PRO services support to UAE Landmark Hospitality employees• Coordinate with HR teams across various business unitsService Level Management• Monitor and maintain agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance• Generate regular reports on PRO activities and performance metrics• Ensure timely resolution of PRO-related queries and issuesSystem Management• Utilize Oracle HCM system for employee data management and PRO processes• Maintain accurate records of all PRO transactions and documentation• Generate system reports and analytics as required Experience• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in PRO operations management• Extensive experience in managing visas, labor contracts, and government relations in UAE• Strong background in mainland UAE PRO processes and procedures• Previous experience in shared services environment highly preferredTechnical Skills• Proficient in Oracle HCM system operations and management• Good Excel skills for data management and reporting• Experience with visa management tools and government portals• Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and online systemsLanguage Requirements• Fluent English and Arabic – Mandatory• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languagesPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field• Knowledge of UAE labor law updates and regulatory changes
