The Role
This is a part-time and full time, flexible position ideal for someone with print shop experience and design knowledge. You’ll assist with day-to-day print production, operate finishing equipment, and contribute to graphic design work. There’s strong potential for this role to grow alongside the business – ideal for someone eager to develop their skills, take on new challenges , and become a key part of our creative team
Responsibilities
• Operate digital and wide-format printers
• Use finishing equipment (guillotine, laminator, vinyl cutter, binding machines)
• Prepare artwork for print (adding bleed, crop marks, correct file formats)
• Assist with graphic design projects (flyers, stickers, signage, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Help with basic customer inquiries (optional)
Qualifications
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with WordPress for website design and management.
• Excellent skills in graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work across various mediums.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current market trends in graphic design is an advantage.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
