We are seeking a talented and motivated Post-Processing Drive Test Engineer with radio Optimization background to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in participating in drive test and walk test activities, analyzing drive test data, optimizing network performance, and ensuring the highest quality of service for our clients.
Location: UAE
Responsibilities:
• Participate in Drivetest and walk test activities
• Conduct post-processing of drive test data using specialized tools and software.
• Analyze drive test data to identify network performance issues, optimize network parameters, and improve overall network quality.
• Generate reports and recommendations based on drive test analysis to support network optimization efforts.
• Work closely with the optimization team to implement recommended changes and enhancements to the network.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network performance issues as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to drive test analysis and network optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in drive test data analysis and post-processing.
• Experience with drive test tools and software, such as TEMS Investigation, Rohde & Schwarz Smart Analyzer, or similar.
• Basic understanding of network optimization concepts and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
