An exciting job opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham City Council’s Pest Control team.
The team provides high-quality pest control services to residential and some commercial clients and also undertakes land and property clearance.
In this varied and interesting role, successful candidates must be flexible to work both independently and with colleagues to deliver all services the team offer.

Some of the qualifications and skills required include:
• Hold or able to pass the British Pest Control Rodenticide or equivalent course to enable poison usage.
• Able to treat all rodents, birds and insect pests.
• Able to assess a premises or land for treatment of pests. This includes some lofts, underfloor or confined spaces.
• Able to undertake manual clearance of waste from land and property. This will include removal of furniture or fly-tipped items.
• The requirement to drive is essential.
