One of our Business units is seeking a Performance and Job Evaluation Specialist possess strong analytical skills, be well-versed in performance management systems, and contribute to the development of fair and consistent job evaluations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.Collaborate with department managers to set performance goals, KPIs, and ensure alignment with company objectives.Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to employees.Develop employee growth and improvement plans in collaboration with managers.Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to ensure alignment with business needs and compensation standards.Create and maintain comprehensive job descriptions for all roles within the department.Conduct job evaluations and ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of performance appraisals and job evaluations.Prepare reports for senior management regarding performance trends, gaps, and employee feedback.Track and analyze employee performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Address employee concerns related to performance reviews and job evaluations.Assist managers in developing strategies for underperforming employees.Foster a culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and career development. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven 5 years’ experience in performance management and job evaluationProficiency in HR software and performance management toolsSHRM, CIPD, or other relevant certifications in HR management or performance evaluation.
