Come join our growing team at Barrie Lasik Centre. We are searching for a Patient Counsellor/ Liaison who is responsible for:
• Communicating directly with patients their Premium Intraocular Lens options as well as Lasik and ICL procedures.
• Utilizing patient platforms to help educate patient outcomes and technology.
• Ensure patient understands his/her condition and recommended procedures, provide any special instructions to patients upon leaving, including knowledge of the procedure and the centre.
• Schedules procedures and return appointments for follow-ups as necessary.
• Properly notate information in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Work closely with referring Optometric community answering questions/ phone calls.
• Work closely with patients day of surgery ensuring that patients have a positive experience.
• Crossed trained on Diagnostic Testing.
