Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Real Estate Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for both new and experienced real estate agents, focusing on sales techniques, property marketing, client relationship management, and best practices for negotiation and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver specialized training programs in real estate.

• Train agents on modern sales strategies and property marketing techniques.

• Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions to enhance team performance.

• Monitor trainees’ progress and provide regular performance reports.

• Update training materials to reflect the latest market trends and regulations.

• Provide on-the-ground guidance and mentorship to agents when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate (sales, consultancy, or training).

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (experience in Dubai is a plus).

• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

• Proficiency in using presentation and training tools (e.g., PowerPoint, e-learning platforms).

• Ability to work part-time with flexible training schedules.
