Elegant Hoopoe is redefining private healthcare through a luxury wellness ecosystem. Our Concierge Care vertical provides high-net-worth clients with on-demand access to elite physicians, bespoke medical programs, and private in-home care services.

We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead hospital and marketplace collaborations — activating top-tier networks to supply us with specialist doctors and clinical teams for in-home, on-demand, and premium care services.

Role Overview

This role is about unlocking medical access — forging relationships with leading hospitals and securing their doctors (across fields: cardiology, pediatrics, dermatology, etc.) to operate under Elegant Hoopoe’s private home care protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure hospital partnerships that allow Elegant Hoopoe access to a pool of verified doctors across specialties.
• Structure service models with partner hospitals for physician availability on a per-need or retainer basis.
• Align on SLAs, insurance coverage, legal frameworks, and luxury care delivery standards.
• Work closely with operations to coordinate dispatch, logistics, and care continuity.
• Act as a senior liaison between Elegant Hoopoe and hospital executives, medical directors, and partner physicians.
• Ensure service availability in both urgent/emergency and scheduled care scenarios.
• Develop KPIs around activation rates, doctor response time, patient satisfaction, and partner engagement.

Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, provider networks, or concierge medicine.
• Strong understanding of hospital systems, clinical staffing, and physician credentialing.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build trust with hospital leadership.
• Operational mindset — able to manage logistics, compliance, and service continuity.
• Deep knowledge of GCC healthcare landscape and luxury service expectations.
• Highly polished, discreet, and adaptable across corporate and medical cultures.
