**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals( F_E_m_a_l_e_s onl_y) to join our team as Part-Time Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position offers timing 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and provides an opportunity to earn competitive compensation through base salar
y and incentives.
• *Responsibilities**:

– Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads.
– Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits to prospective clients.
– Schedule appointments for our sales team by coordinating with interested clients.
– Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments scheduled.
– Provide feedback to the sales team regarding client responses and appointment outcomes.
– Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas and appointment targets.
– Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding call scripts and communication standards.
– Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on product/service offerings and sales techniques.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• *Requirements**:

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
– Ability to effectively persuade and influence potential clients.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Must be available to work part-time shifts from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
• *Compensation**:

– Basic salary of 1200 Dirhams per month
– Incentives based on performance
