Who we are

Prescare Nursing & Healthcare Staffing is a trusted provider of culturally respectful and client-focused nursing services in the Canadian provinces of Manitoba and New Brunswick. We currently support long-term care facilities and hospitals in Manitoba and are expanding into homecare services in New Brunswick and Winnipeg.

As we grow, our mission remains the same: to provide dignified, family-centered care to those who need it most. We’re now looking for a creative, reliable, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts while amplifying our presence across digital platforms.

What you will do in this role

Social Media & Marketing
• Manage and grow Prescare’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Design and post weekly content (graphics, reels, stories, short videos) aimed at attracting homecare clients
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments, direct messages and inquiries
• Analyze metrics and submit weekly reports on engagement, reach and lead generation
• Collaborate on paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and support creative development

Sales Support
• Assist in generating, qualifying and tracking inbound leads
• Update Go High Level (CRM system) with accurate client records and interactions
• Prepare content for email campaigns and assist in client follow-up messaging

Optimization & Innovation
• Recommend templates, tools, and processes to improve marketing efficiency and sales conversion
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase visibility and improve brand messaging

What you bring to the role
• You have experience managing social media and digital content for a service-based business or startup (experience in the Canadian market is a plus)
• You have solid design and editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
• You are organized, self-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• You understand or are eager to learn about the healthcare/homecare sector.
• You write clearly, with warmth and cultural sensitivity.
• You communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.

• You demonstrate consistent growth in qualified social media engagement.
• You generate leads that fills our sales pipeline.
• You response in a timely, professional manner to inquiries and interactions.
• You create regular reports and coordination with the leadership team.
