We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our growing team. A key part of this role is attention to detail, so we’re assessing that right from the start. If what you see below is of interest, make sure you follow the instructions at the end
So, to start, you’ll be based at our Dubai branch in Business Bay, part of an essential business that helps clients with international document attestation.
You’re going to help us with:
– Issuing customer quotations
– Processing incoming & outgoing documents
– Booking courier shipments
– Liaison with our international partner network
– General office upkeep
We would expect you to be have the following skills and capabilities:
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– Fluent written and spoken English
– Professional telephone manner
– Customer care experience
– Good organisational skills
– Did we mention accuracy and attention to detail?

Alongside a good basic salary and private medical insurance, you can expect 22 days holiday a year. We’ll go a step further and give you an extra day off for your birthday (because who wants to work on their birthday?).
This is a part time role (25 hours), Monday to Friday from 12:00pm-5:30pm, with a half hour break daily. So please, if you feel like we are a company you could work with, we’d love to hear from you. Here’s what you need to do:
