Gift Shop Associate
Casa Loma is seeking a passionate retail professional to join our Gift Shop team. Casa Loma is a diverse venue with layered lines of business and is one of the top 5 tourist attractions in Toronto with annual visitors topping 300,000.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Completion of post-secondary education in Retail, Marketing or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail environment, preferable in giftware or a related field.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Goal oriented with initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
– Ability to work under minimum supervision and have confidence in decision making and problem solving.
– Team player with the ability to create collaborative working relationships.
