Job Overview
To serve and advise store customers making their shopping experience enjoyable and ensuring they leave the store with a good impression of the Weird Fish brand.
To work as part of a team assisting Area Manager/ Host Store Manager to achieve budgets and help to ensure high store standards are maintained.
Duties
• To implement a high standard of customer care at all times
• Stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales area.
• Ability to merchandise stock and upsell to customers
• Approaching and advising customers
• Helping with delivery processing
• Carry out daily tasks assigned by Area Manager/ Head Office
• To abide by all Weird Fish rules and regulations; as well those set directly at the concession.
Skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational abilities
– Experience in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work effectively in on their own
– Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
Education:
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
