Job Description
The Engineering Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the engineering department at Grand Millennium Muscat. As part of this team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication among team members.
This position involves assisting with project management tasks, including tracking progress and updating relevant documentation. You will also maintain accurate records of engineering projects, schedules, and maintenance activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in coordinating daily activities within the engineering department.
• Maintaining accurate records of engineering projects, schedules, and maintenance activities.

• Facilitating effective communication between the engineering team and other hotel departments.
