Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating offshore shipping activities, ensuring compliance with port regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:· Oversee and expand offshore-related activities in Abu Dhabi.· Handle all offshore documentation, including navigational permits, mission visas, seaman cards, and insurance.· Prepare and submit tenders in coordination with the Shipping Manager – Abu Dhabi.· Coordinate crew movements and liaise with vessel command for smooth offshore operations.· Maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities, suppliers, and clients.· Plan and execute new shipping projects in collaboration with the Shipping Manager.· Ensure timely and accurate vessel call file openings and updates for port calls.· Prepare and submit accurate vessel manifests to port authorities.· Support documentation, port operations, and customer service as required.· Monitor and follow up on supplier invoices and streamline billing processes with the finance team.· Ensure compliance with Quality, HSSE, and operational policies of Kanoo Shipping.· Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with Kanoo Shipping’s operational standards.· Report customer complaints and safety breaches, executing corrective actions as needed. Key Requirements:Ø 2 to 4 years of experience in shipping operations in the UAE.Ø Experience in general and offshore shipping operations, including documentation requirements.Ø Familiarity with Quality & HSSE Management Systems.Ø Excellent coordination, time management, and negotiation skills.Ø Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).Ø Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and operational software.Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ø Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our dynamic team, apply now!
