Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist located in Birmingham. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, providing excellent customer service, executing online marketing campaigns, and developing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include product listings management, responding to customer inquiries, and tracking sales performance. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure sales targets are met and conducting training sessions for new team members.
