A global pharmaceutical business is expanding its Commercial Analytics team and looking to hire multiple Omnichannel Analysts. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Canada, offering the chance to apply advanced modelling techniques to real-world commercial and marketing challenges.
THE ROLE
As an Omnichannel Analyst, you’ll work closely with brand, marketing, and analytics teams to support data-driven decision making across multiple therapeutic areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working with raw datasets and have experience developing statistical models that directly influence business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build predictive models including segmentation, uplift, attribution, and next-best-action
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to support omnichannel marketing initiatives
• Conduct A/B testing and test vs. control analysis to measure campaign performance
• Engineer features from complex, unstructured data sources
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for business partners
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
• Strong SQL and Python skills (R also considered)
• Hands-on experience with statistical modelling techniques
• Proven ability to work with large, messy datasets
• Background in marketing analytics, commercial analytics, or digital media strategy
• Degree in a STEM, quantitative, or statistics-related field
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with pharma or healthcare data
• Familiarity with omni-channel marketing or CRM platforms
SALARY AND BENEFITS
• Salary up to $140,000 CAD depending on experience
