col-wideJob Description:Hiring now (08/04/2025 – 10/04/2025)Position : OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR(Hook up)Location : UAE & KSAExperience and Skills:Bachelor s degree in Engineering Preferably in Mechanical, Civil or Naval.15 years experience with proven offshore operations experience.Strong commercial and contractual awareness.Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.Excellent written and spoken English language skills.Leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.Superior knowledge of offshore operations, personnel & equipment.Purpose:Lead a team comprising various disciplines for different aspects of offshore construction engineers & offshore construction mangers.Manage & coordinate & assign construction team resources for multiple small and mega-sized projects.Contribution in the company overall marine spread schedule on regular basisImplement COMPANY strategy for offshore construction plansMonitor the Cost of all projects in coordination with Project Directors
