Office Manager (E-commerce Orders Processing)

Our company is looking for an Office Manager to process and manage online swimwear orders.

We are located in Business Bay, Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting customers about product sizes
• Processing customer orders
• Responding to messages on Instagram and other social media
• Packing orders in the office
• Sending orders via courier services

Working conditions:

• 6 days a week, 5 hours a day (10:00 – 15:00)
• 1-year contract
• Office-based job
• Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Skills

• Fluent English (Russian is a plus)
• Confident computer skills
• Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is preferred
• Knowledge of Instagram and customer communication
