Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Executive cum Accountant to support our office operations and assist with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and Tally, fluent in English and Hindi, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including handling phone calls, maintaining records, and organizing documents.
Manage correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records using Tally.
Handle data entry and support minor accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Maintain office filing systems and ensure timely document clearance.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Assist with basic logistics or transport coordination tasks (preferred).
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Tally is essential.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Knowledge of the transportation industry will be an added advantage.
A valid driving license is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with office management and customer interaction.
