DRAMA SCENE Performing Arts was established in the UAE in 2008 out of a passion to provide children and teens with professional performing arts training, DRAMA SCENE offers Acting, Musical Theatre, Group Devising Theatre, Public Speaking classes across the UAE. We offer weekly group & private tuition, holiday workshops, performances & exams. DRAMA SCENE operates out of their own purpose built studios, located in Umm Suqeim 03, Dubai, UAE.

DRAMA SCENE is further the largest private LAMDA Centre in the Middle East offering accredited LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) Examinations to students 5 years plus across different disciplines such as Acting, Musical Theatre, Group Devising Performance and Public Speaking.

We are looking for dynamic and passionate full time Musical Theatre teachers to join our Dubai & Abu Dhabi team from April 2025. Candidates will need to be available for training from late March 2025. The ideal candidate must be confident with delivering the highest standard of professional performing arts training to students across all age ranges in regular classes and workshops.

About the Role:
As a Musical Theatre Teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging and dynamic private and group lessons across disciplines which may also include Acting, Musical Theatre & Public Speaking
• Prepare students for performances & exams with professionalism and creativity.
• Liaise and build strong relationships with students and parents alike
• Collaborate with a team of passionate performing arts teachers to uphold the highest standards of performing arts education.
• Create and write engaging material

What We’re Looking For:
• A degree in Musical Theatre, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Professional experience in teaching Musical Theatre to different ages
• Exceptional skills in acting, singing, and dance, with a proven ability to mentor and motivate students.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to write and create content and class plans
• A creative and energetic approach to teaching, with a commitment to student success
• Team player
• Experienced with directing performances & leading workshops
• Drivers License (preferable)
