Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurants and cloud kitchens. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food service, operational excellence, and financial performance while leading and mentoring a team across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants and cloud kitchens to ensure efficiency and profitability.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize kitchen and service performance.Monitor sales, revenue, and cost control strategies to drive profitability across all units.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.Lead, train, and motivate restaurant and kitchen managers to achieve operational and financial goals.Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance service quality and menu offerings.Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory and cost efficiency.Implement technology and digital solutions to streamline cloud kitchen operations and improve customer experience.Maintain strong relationships with vendors, delivery aggregators, and business partners.Conduct regular audits, performance evaluations, and strategic planning sessions for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.7+ years of experience in managing multi-unit F&B operations, including restaurants and cloud kitchens.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team management and performance optimization.Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.Knowledge of digital ordering platforms, POS systems, and cloud kitchen operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make data-driven decisions.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in franchise management or large-scale food service operations.Familiarity with international food safety and hygiene standards.Certification in Food & Beverage Management is a plus.Disclaimer: This job listing is published by the employer.
