📍 Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH) | Full-Time | Marketing & Business Development | Based in Discovery Park, Sandwich

Are you looking to launch or grow your career in marketing within a collaborative, high-performing team? We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic Marketing and Business Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of activities in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate event logistics and prepare marketing materials
• Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and content updates across various channels
• Support brand consistency in marketing literature, promotional items, and photography
• Manage marketing stock, supplier liaison, and merchandise sourcing
• Provide administrative support—manage invoices, mailing lists, and team meetings
• Contribute to social media, newsletters, and internal communications as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Passion for marketing and a keen interest in developing your career
• Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Confidence in copywriting and written communication
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask
• Some marketing or administrative experience preferred (but not essential)
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn
• A-Levels or equivalent qualification
