Manager – Merchandising

What you ll do

Own and manage the in-app storefront, including the home page, category landing pages, carousels, and other key real estate.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Analyze in-app user behavior and sales performance to curate and optimize the app’s look and feel.
Use data insights to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and customer engagement.
Oversee the execution of the merchandising calendar, ensuring timely updates and flawless execution of promotional plans.
Partner with the Marketing, Category Management, and Catalog teams to coordinate and launch impactful campaigns.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to execute merchandising initiatives.
Act as the key liaison between merchandising and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency.
Develop and execute merchandising plans that balance customer-centric design with commercial goals.
Innovate to improve product discovery, content, and overall app usability.
Stay updated on customer feedback to implement actionable improvements in the app experience.
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including new product launches and effective management of near-expiry or end-of-life products.

What You’ll Need

Proven experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or a related role, with 5-8 years of overall experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Creative thinker with a customer-first approach and a passion for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, such as analytics dashboards and merchandising software.
