Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive secretarial/administrative support to the designated Commercial Director, using existing administrative systems and considering procedures. This includes filling out all office documents.
• Managing office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining stationery and pantry supplies.
• Arrange/coordinate appointments, conferences, meetings, and some events.
• Assist Commercial Director in operational tasks like insurance renewals, trade license renewals, and office regulatory filings.
• Arrange business travel, hotel reservations, and air tickets in line with the Omron Healthcare Business Travel Policy and prepare expense reports
• Assist in projects and, upon demand of designated Management, manage and follow up on projects independently.
• Screen and process direct emails, calls, and correspondence for the designated Commercial Director; prepare and document meeting minutes.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A higher vocational/professional education (bachelor’s degree)
• 2- 4 years relevant recent experience within a fast-paced international organization
• Excellent in English, both written and verbal and excellent communication skills and capability of handling confidential information
• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office with great organizational and administrative skills with highly accurate
• Pro-active attitude with strong cultural awareness
