Key Responsibilities:• Pre-Employment Health Assessments: Conduct health screenings and physical examinations to ensure employees are fit for duty.• Emergency Medical Care: Provide immediate first aid treatment and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses.• Occupational Injury Management: Assess and manage occupational injuries and illnesses, administering appropriate treatments and referrals.• Workplace Safety Collaboration: Work closely with occupational health and safety professionals to identify and mitigate workplace hazards and risks.• Health Promotion Initiatives: Develop and implement educational programs and health promotion initiatives to enhance overall employee wellness and safety.• Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed and compliant medical records and documentation, in line with regulatory standards and company policies.• Periodic Health Surveillance: Conduct regular health examinations, immunizations, and medical surveillance programs.• Emergency Preparedness: Participate in emergency response drills and provide training to employees on proper emergency procedures and protocols.• External Coordination: Collaborate with external healthcare providers and specialists to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive medical services.• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to occupational health and safety. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.• DOH-certified/licensed Registered Nurse.• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing or a related field is preferred.• Experience in ER, OPD, Medical Surgical, or Clinical settings.• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.• Proficiency in conducting medical assessments, administering first aid, and managing occupational injuries.• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations, including DOH guidelines.• A strong commitment to promoting employee health, safety, and well-being.
