Job Description Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify M&A opportunities Perform due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation assessments Support transaction execution, including structuring deals and preparing documentation Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to drive successful transactions Participate in post-merger integration to maximise value creation The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent 3-6 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory Strong financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation skills Fluent English communication is essential
