Are you a target-driven Personal Loan Sales Executive looking to grow in the UAE’s competitive banking sector? Fintrek Marketing, a leading DSA (Direct Sales Agency) for top UAE banks, is urgently hiring motivated professionals to promote personal loan products to eligible customers.
If you have a proven track record in loan sales, a passion for financial consulting, and want to maximize your earnings with high commissions, this is your chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell personal loan products to salaried individuals
• Generate leads through field activity, cold calling, and referrals
• Analyze and assess customer eligibility and match them with loan offers
• Provide consultation on financial products and documentation requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and internal guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan or banking sales in the UAE
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for immediate joining or short notice period
• Familiarity with UAE bank loan policies and Central Bank guidelines is a plus
