Private British Family with 2 Children Looking for a Live – in Nanny/Housekeeper

Job Title:

Full-Time Nanny/Housekeeper

Accommodation:

Live-in (Own Room)

Salary: 3,000 AED per month (Food, toiletries, laundry materials will be provided in the house)

Age: Between 30 – 45 years old

Key Responsibilities

Childcare Duties:
• Assist with morning preparations and drop-offs (when needed)
• Care for children after school/nursery, including snack time, play, bath time, and bedtime
• Babysitting during occasional evenings or events
• Engage the children in creative and age-appropriate play, especially with books, singing, and outdoor activities
• Support routines consistently and safely

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the home
• Daily cleaning of common areas, children’s rooms, and playroom
• Laundry and ironing
• Meal preparation for children (and occasional basic assistance for family meals)
• Organizing and managing household chores when children are at school or out with parents

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in households with young children, preferably in allaround nanny/housekeeping roles
• References: Must provide a contactable reference from the previous employer/s
• Language: Proficient in English with clear and confident communication
• Character: Reliable, clean, detail-oriented, child-focused, respectful of household routines and boundaries

Work Schedule

• Hours: Full-time, 6 days a week, with 1 day off (Sunday preferred but flexible with notice)
• Evenings: Flexibility required for occasional babysitting or events
• Holidays: Paid leave when the family is away
• Travel: May be required to travel with the family (advance notice will be provided)
