We are looking for an experienced Legal Contracts Manager with a strong background in construction & engineeringindustries. The ideal candidate will manage, review, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with UAE laws and company policies.Key Responsibilities:✔️ Draft, review & negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements✔️ Ensure compliance with UAE legal & regulatory requirements✔️ Mitigate risks and resolve contract disputes✔️ Liaise with internal & external stakeholders on legal matters✔️ Maintain and update contract records & policiesRequirements:✅ Mandatory: Minimum 10 years of Experience in construction/engineering companies in the UAE✅ Strong knowledge of UAE contract & commercial laws✅ Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is a plus✅ Excellent negotiation & communication skills✅ Arabic language skills will be an added advantage✅ Ability to handle multiple contracts in a fast-paced environmen
