Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Qualification Executive. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in sales or business development. As a Lead Qualifier, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and interest levels.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and forward them to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus , not Mandatory).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Confidence in speaking with new people.
• High attention to detail and organization skills.
