About Us:
We are an upcoming café concept focused on Dinein/delivering exceptional coffee experiences and warm hospitality. If you’re passionate about coffee, customer service, and working in a creative and dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with attention to quality and presentation.
• Provide friendly and efficient table service, ensuring a memorable experience for all customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstation.
• Educate customers on menu offerings and make personalized recommendations.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team in daily operations, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barista and/ Waitress (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
