The Coordinator – Logistics is responsible for efficiently overseeing end-to-end logistics operations with a strong focus on 3PL management ensuring timely coordination with principals, customers, and internal teams for efficient import/export processes. Maintains accurate documentation, updates warehouse systems, and ensures compliance with ISO and company procedures related to Warehousing and Distribution.Key Responsibilities:Single point of contact for assigned customer accounts.Arrange collection of documents from clients for import/export operations.Open job files and update Warehouse Management System with accurate data.Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country.Follow organizational policy and procedure and comply with relevant local, country, and international law processes.Negotiate freight/transport rate with approved suppliers. Education: Essential to have a bachelor’s degreeExperience: 3+ years’ experience in a 3PL environment is mandatory, must be well conversant with Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution processes, Logical understanding of WMS structure, Multimodal transport / sea, air and land freight.Skills: Analytical skills, strong numerical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in logistics software (Hands on WMS technology exposure), being mindful of the customer attitude and aptitude. accurate and proactive communication to the management, good understanding of QHSSE / JAFZA Customs regulations / INCO Terms / HACCP / TRAI / Regional regulatory standards.Age: 25-40Language Proficiency: English, Hindi
